Here’s a 30-second tip that every website needs.
1. Immediately after creating that website you’re going to sign up for Google Analytics. Google analytics is a great free tool that will monitor your website traffic and collect valuable information about a users visit including:
Time of visit
pages visited
time spent on each page of the webpages
Referring site details – how a user came through to arrive at this site
Type of web browser
Type of operating system (OS) and more!
2. To add the analytics to your website, after signing up you’ll get a piece of code that you need to add to your website. (Usually in the header, many website platforms have an easy way to add this)
3. Now go to google search console. This is how you can submit your sitemap.
Google search Console is where you can go and check your SEO, see if there are issues on your pages, and the best part is you can submit your sitemap for crawling!
When Google crawls your sitemap it will index the pages you’ve submitted to search engine.
Once you sign up for your account you can connect it with your Google analytics for even more powerful information.
