How To Promote Your Blog Article Online (And EARN some SEO juice while you’re at it)

ONE OF THE STRUGGLES I HAD WHEN I FIRST STARTED WRITING MY BLOG WAS FINDING WAYS TO PROMOTE MY ARTICLES FOR FREE. I WANTED TO SHARE SOME OF THE WAYS I PROMOTE MY ARTICLES ONLINE.

1. Use Powerful Marketing words

When you’re writing captions for your social media posts, make sure you use powerful marketing words in your content.

Powerful Words

  • Proven

  • Understand

  • Health

  • Easy (East to Order)

  • Guarantee

  • Money (Save Money)

  • Safe

  • Save

  • New

  • LOVE

  • Discovery

  • Right

  • Results

POSITIVE Words

  1. Truth

  2. Comfort

  3. Proud

  4. Profit

  5. Deserve

  6. Happy

  7. Trust

  8. Value

  9. Fun

  10. Vital

  11. YOU

  12. SECURITY

  13. ADVANTAGE

  14. BENEFITS

2. Share on Twitter.

Twitter

Share your article on Twitter. You could also add a “Tweet” button to all of your blog posts. It makes it easier.

3. Post on your Facebook page!

Facebook and Macbook

This is an excellent option because of how huge Facebook is. You can use your article and page as a way t can be a means of expanding your platform. I’ve connected with a lot of new people who “liked” my page and weren’t previously friends with me on Facebook or Instagram. To get a sense of what this looks like, visit my Facebook page.

You want to share your content on Facebook regularly. I’ve used some great tools that help make sharing straightforward and faster for you. When you’re writing the close of your article, make sure you encourage your readers to do the same by adding a Facebook “like” or “share” button to your article.

4. Ask others to share/promote your blog via social bookmarking sites.

ladies surfing the web

Websites like DIGG, Stumbleupon, Reddit, and others can help you reach new readers. If you’re already on these platforms you can definitely do this yourself, but only occasionally. Some of these sites penalize sites with multiple submissions from the same user. (They want to keep it from getting “SPAMM-Y.”

5. Add social sharing tools on your website.

share the love

With so many different plugins available that allow your reader to easily share your article via Twitter, Facebook, email, and social bookmarking sites, you can always add it to your WordPress site. If you’re building on Squarespace, there is the functionality in the platform to share posts.

6. Let your reader have their say!

Discussion

Let your audience add their thoughts about your article. This helps with Search Engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo find your article. They love to see that your readers are engaging with your content.

7. Write catchy headlines

clean workingspace

A lot of people skip this part! They publish well-written articles with boring, nondescript titles. You don’t want to do that.

8. Write great content.

Studying

I can hear your eyes rolling. You wouldn’t write if you didn’t think it was great! If you want to attract and keep your audience wanting more, make sure your blog is interesting and adds value to your reader.
